Melissa Kramer: Co-Director
Ms. Melissa joined International Preschools in November 2006. Her undergraduate studies were in Geology, though she spent some time in the business world before joining our team. Ms. Melissa loves the academic preschool environment, learning, and teaching. She feels that working in administration allows her to have an impact on more children and get to know all of the IPS families.
Ms. Melissa and her husband Brett have a son, Aiden, and a daughter, Avery.
Megan Pickering: Co-Director
Ms. Megan started at International Preschools as a 4K teacher in June of 2006. After five exciting years of teaching, she acquired her Masters in Instructional Leadership and joined the administrative staff at IPS. She is now thoroughly enjoying her role as Director as she gets to work with all the fantastic IPS students, families, and incredible staff.
In her spare time, Ms. Megan enjoys working on creative art projects with her daughters, Olivia and Natalie (IPS graduates), as well as hike, garden, and read.
Ande Noktes is the inspiration behind International Preschools.
Ande (pronounced like Gandhi without the “G”) has over 17 years of experience in teaching and administration. Five of those were spent in Thailand, where she had her first child, Addison (Addy) in 2003. Her twins, Rowan and Gavin, are were born in 2005 and are loving life. She founded IPS in 2005.
Ms. Ande has an MA in Philosophy and an advanced certificate in Preschool Management. She has also founded Midtown International School to forward the innovative thoughts brought to life at IPS for elementary aged students. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction. Ande spends what free time she has reading science fiction and making lists.
