What is our Auction all about?
Our main fundraiser for the year is coming soon and we would love to see you there!!! Mark your calendars for Fri Feb 28th from 7-10 pm. Please join us at New Realm Brewing where our IPS parent organization (IPP) is organizing and hosting a Silent & Live Auction Event & Raffle. The night promises to be a fun night out with plenty of chances to bid on and win great prizes, support the school, all while enjoying dinner and drinks with fellow IPS parents, teachers and directors! It takes many hands to make this event fun and successful. We would love to have your support for this event and hope to see you there!
The proceeds from this event directly impact your child's experience at IPS. This year, we hope to raise enough money to update our playground to enrich your child's outdoor experience, continue supporting the IPS curriculum with field trips and special interactive guests/events such as musical performances, yoga, and drama demonstrations, science workshops and much much more. The donations we receive will go directly towards enhancing the educational experiences afforded our children, teaching them to be good stewards of our community and our environment. We also celebrate our amazing teachers at IPS by recognizing them on their birthdays and providing treats like occasional breakfasts and luncheons.
This will be our main fundraiser for the year, and we would like to ask you for your help to make this as successful as we're hoping it will be.

Are you part of or do you know a business that would be interested in supporting our school? We would be honored by your/their support. Any items donated will be auctioned off at our event and are tax-deductible. Your company's donation, along with the appropriate recognition and your logo, will be displayed at the auction event on your item, on the auction portal, and published in the auction catalog database. Our community of parents and teachers, ~250 adults, will see this donation database and have access to bid online; In person event attendance ranges from 100-150 adults.
We are offering a limited number of Sponsorship opportunities at the $500+ and $1,000+ level. $500+: your logo will be on all electronic material (website, tickets, emails, auction portal). $1,000+: you will have the electronic recognition PLUS physical recognition on a large banner at our school for the remainder of the school year, at the auction itself, on the back of our Braves-event school t-shrts AND you will receive 2 complementary auction tickets for yourself or to gift to others.
International Preschool Parents is a nonprofit corporation and your donation would be tax-deductible in its entirety. We typically send IRS letters after the event, but are happy to do so sooner if requested.
